Hi and welcome to my contribution to healthy eating.

I have been studying nutrition and health since 1980 when I did a course on herbs and nutrition in Sydney, Australia.

I have 5 children and this has led my interest into healthy foods for children.

I chose to make this site about minerals as I feel they are often neglected or overlooked and vitamins take the forefront. Also because I would love for people to get their minerals from food rather than tablets.

I will be adding more healthy recipes, especially for children.
